Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or digital item
  • Products marked “non-returnable” in the listing

Return Process

  2. Our team will review and approve your request if eligible.
  3. Schedule a pickup or drop-off with our courier partner.
  4. Once the item is received and verified, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via mobile banking or store credit.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted unless the return is due to seller error or a defective product.
  • Repeated return abuse may lead to account restrictions.
